Beware! Never Consume These Foods With Tea
The most consumed tea around the world is called the queen of beverages, while some people start their morning with tea, but there are some foods that can be harmful to health if consumed with tea.
Not only the high consumption of tea, but also the consumption of a few foods in combination with it is advised by medical experts to avoid many diseases including health related damages.
According to experts, fried foods like rolls, samosas, Dumplings and patties should be avoided with tea, they affect our health.
Experts say that if lemon or its products are consumed with tea, it increases the chances of acid reflux ie gas, heartburn or acidity problems.
Tea and acidic foods like citrus fruits should both be avoided. Tea and citrus foods should not be consumed together because doing so lowers antioxidant levels and accelerates the buildup of harmful substances in the body.
