Homemade Toothpaste
Mix one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of coconut oil and 2 to 3 drops of peppermint oil, use this mixture as a regular toothpaste. This homemade toothpaste cares for the surface of teeth as well as restores whiteness while also smelling good.
Strawberry Paste
Take fresh strawberries and mash them with a spoon. Mix sea salt in it and apply this paste on a toothbrush and massage gently on the teeth for a few minutes, after which brush. This paste protects the surface of the teeth, however

Banana Peel

Coconut oil

This homemade mouthwash will gradually restore the whiteness of the teeth and also freshen the breath. To make it, take three parts lemon juice and one part salt, mix them well, then rinse with this solution after brushing your teeth. In this case, do not use it.

Aloe vera

Basil leaves

Mix 5 drops of pure tea tree oil in half a glass of water and rinse your teeth with it daily after brushing, you will see the best results in no time. Brush with a drop of this oil once or twice a week to make the difference more noticeable.
